The Maryland-Chesapeake Chapter NAPNAP (National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates & Practicioners), chose CASA of Queen Anne's & Kent Counties as it's Fall 2011 Charitable Donation Recipient. Gina Friel, President of the local NAPNAP chapter, visited our office on Wednesday, November 9, delivering the donations collected for our CASA program, including gift cards and monetary donations. We are so grateful to have been chosen as this year's recipient and can't wait to distribute all the wonderful gifts we received!

On Saturday, October 15, 2011, Team CASA took to the streets of Baltimore to compete in the Under Armour® Baltimore Running Festival. Comprised of more than 170 CASA volunteers, staff and board members and other supporters who participated in the full marathon, half marathon, team relay and 5K. Team CASA's goal was to raise public awareness and needed funds to support our efforts to serve every child who needs an advocate. Below is a clip of Lt.
